Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING
Shipping is free on every order. No minimum purchase and no shipping fees at checkout.

WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to the United States (including P.O. boxes), Colombia, Mexico, Argentina and most countries in the European Union. The countries available are shown in the country list at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

DELIVERY TIME
United States: once shipped, orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
Other countries: delivery usually takes longer and depends on the destination and local customs.
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, peak seasons or carrier delays.

DUTIES AND TAXES
For orders shipped outside the United States, local import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking shows no updates for 7 business days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days (30 for orders outside the United States), contact us at hogarutilshop@gmail.com and we will help you right away, including a replacement or refund when appropriate.
