Materials & care

Do I need to cut the produce?
Most apples and similar fruits fit whole. Peel citrus, and cut very large or hard items (pineapple, big beets) into chunks.
How long does fresh juice keep?
It tastes best the same day. Keep it in the sealed glass bottles in the fridge and drink it within 1โ2 days.
